Return/Exchange Policy

At TrendsByNitin, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer both returns and exchanges, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized or discounted items may not be eligible unless stated otherwise.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at trendsbynitin@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for reverse shipping.

  • Reverse shipping / RTO charges must be paid by the customer.

3. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund.

  • RTO / reverse shipping charges apply for exchanges and must be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products returned after the eligibility period

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos for verification

In such cases, no reverse shipping charges will be applied.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and RTO charges will apply.

8. Important Notes

  • TrendsByNitin reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request.

  • Repeated return requests may lead to account restrictions.
